These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at www.m15signals.com and the services offered under the M15 Signals brand. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Risk Warning.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By using the website and services (the "Service") provided under the M15 Signals brand by M15 Signals LLC ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
For adults 18+ only. By using the Service or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Service description
The Service is an educational platform that provides market analysis, commentary and educational content related to the foreign exchange (forex) market. Premium analysis is published in a private Telegram channel; a selection of our analysis and educational content is also shared in our free public Telegram channel. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.
4. No financial advice
The content provided through the Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice or recommendations of any kind. M15 Signals LLC is not a registered or licensed financial adviser. We do not manage funds, provide account management or execute trades. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified, independent financial professional.
5. No warranties and risk disclosure
All content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that our content is complete, correct or up to date. Any discussion of past market events is for educational purposes only and is not indicative of future results. Activity in financial markets, including trading foreign exchange on margin, involves significant risk and may not be suitable for you. Please read our Risk Warning.
6. Plans, payment and renewal
- Premium memberships are sold for fixed periods (currently 1, 3 or 6 months) and are billed as a single, one-time payment for the selected period. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
- Memberships do not renew automatically. You are not charged again unless you choose to purchase another period.
- Card payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe) on its secure checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number. Crypto payments are arranged as described at checkout.
- Every plan includes the same access; plans differ only in length.
7. Refunds
Because membership grants access to proprietary digital content, all payments are final and we maintain a strict no-refund policy. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the Service, please contact our support team and we will work with you to restore access. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Access and verification
After payment, follow the steps shown on the confirmation page: message our support account @m15signals on Telegram with your payment confirmation and the details requested. Once your payment is verified, you are added to the private premium channel. Access requires a Telegram account. If you change your Telegram username during your membership, please let our support team know so we can keep your access active.
9. Personal use and acceptable use
Your membership is personal, non-transferable and for your own non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share any of our content, and not to share invitation links to the premium channel with anyone else. Each person who wishes to access the premium channel needs their own membership. Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access without notice or refund.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, M15 Signals LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in all material on the website and in the Service, including analysis, commentary, charts, text and logos. All rights are reserved. You may view the material for your own personal use, subject to these Terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy or redistribute material from M15 Signals without our prior written permission, and you may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
11. Official channels
Third parties may attempt to use our name, logo or content without permission. Our only official channels are this website, our Telegram support account @m15signals, the free Telegram channel linked on this website, support@m15signals.com and our Facebook, Instagram and X profiles linked from this website. If we contact you by email, we will only use support@m15signals.com. We are not responsible for any interaction with unofficial channels. See our Fraud Warning.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to the website and the Service, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our content, including trading or investment losses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
